Day two of the study mission of the International School of Security Forces (EIFORCES) in Garoua was devoted, this Tuesday, 25 April 2023, to visiting two structures of the Police and the Military Engineering.
At the Regional Delegation for National Security, the trainees of the 12th Senior Staff Diploma of Security Forces followed with keen interest the presentation of Commissioner LE-NYE Jean-Apôtre, Regional Delegate, on the organisation and missions of his structure. Subsequently, at the Central Police Station, Commissioner BIKOU Richard, Central Commissioner, captivated the curiosity of the trainees by his operational approach in presenting his unit’s activities.
At the 31st Military Engineering Regiment (31st REGEN), the Commander, Lieutenant-Colonel ENGOULOU ETOUNDI Ferdinand, briefed the delegation led by Brigadier General BITOTE André Patrice on the abilities and capacities of this structure. Furthermore, a point of honour was placed on the Army-Nation concept illustrated by the visit of the Parcours Vita site in Garoua constructed by the 31st REGEN./-
