The sun truly rose in the East this Monday, 4 December 2023, as the 51-strong EIFORCES delegation led by Brigadier General André Patrice BITOTE, the School’s Director General, embarked on an internal study mission for the 10th Higher Degree of Security Studies (BESS 10).
Following the Sunday stopover at the Motcheboum Forest Zone Training and Warfare Induction Center, where they were received by its commander, Major Hervé MOUNET, the 31 auditors from Cameroon, CAR, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali and Togo, met with the Governor of the East Region, Mr Grégoire MVONGO, received the key to the Bertoua city from its mayor, Mr Jean Marie DIMBELE, and were briefed on the security challenges facing the 12th Motorised Infantry Brigade by its commander, Brigadier General Joseph NOUMA.
