Mr. Kildadi Taguieke Boukar, Governor of the Adamaoua Region, was the first to welcome the EIFORCES delegation to his region, as part of the 8th Higher Degree of Security Studies (BESS 8) internal studies mission.
On this occasion, the strong man of the “water tower” Region of Cameroon reminded the 28 auditors from Cameroon, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali and Togo of the role of the Administrative Authority in the “inter-ministerial management of crisis”.
Led by Brigadier General BITOTE André Patrice, Director General of EIFORCES, the delegation , in an inter-ministerial approach, will interact with the various actors of the security chain in the region until 12 December 2021.
