The Diet has approved the provision of USD 300,000 to EIFORCES by the Japanese Government, through the United Nations Development Programme.
This confirms the announcement made on 22 January by Brigadier General André Patrice Bitoté, Director General of EIFORCES, during the closing ceremony of the training seminar on Protection of Civilians recently organised with the support of Japan.
This budget will enable the School to conduct, from April 2021 to March 2022, among other activities, two training seminars and an international conference for civilian and police components./-
