EIFORCES and CAFRAD: an ever increasing ambitious partnership

The International School of Security Forces (EIFORCES) and the African Centre for Administrative Training and Research for Development (CAFRAD) commit to go further in implementing partnership between the two training institutions.

This is what emerges from exchanges between Brigadier General André Patrice BITOTE, Director General of EIFORCES and Mr Stéphane MONNEY MOUANDJO, Director General of CAFRAD.

The meeting between the two top officials that held at the Directorate General of EIFORCES on 4 November 2019, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. was focused on matters of common interest in the field of training and research.

In the long term, both parties mean to proceed with the expected signing of the Partnership Agreement between the two institutions. Moreover, they envisage to uphold existing exchanges, particularly as concerns the joint organisation of training and research activities, and participation in activities organised by both institutions.

To this end, Mr Stéphane MONNEY MOUANDJO expressed the wish to include the Director General of EIFORCES among the speakers at the training activity that CAFRAD is organizing in Tangier, Morocco in February 2020.

CAFRAD is a pan-African intergovernmental organization created in 1964 by African governments, with the support of UNESCO, making it the first pan-African training and research centre in the continent for improving public administration and governance systems. Headquartered in Tangier (Morocco), CAFRAD is currently composed of 38 Member States. /-
