The 33rd batch of the Ghana Armed Forces Command and Staff College (GAFCSC) visits EIFORCES as part of their study mission to Cameroon.
A delegation of twenty-two (22) trainees and nine (9) supervisors led by Brigadier General Wekite Abase Seidu, Deputy Commandant of the said school, paid a visit to EIFORCES on the afternoon of 04 May 2022.
In his welcome address, Brigadier General André Patrice BITOTE presented the institution which he directs as well as its training and research missions, which fell in line with the visitors’ concerns focused on the COVID-19 pandemic.
In this regard, a presentation led by the Head of the EIFORCES Research and Documentation Centre on Covid-19 issue, enabled the visitors to get an insight into the management of the pandemic in Cameroon and hence, at EIFORCES. Better still, his briefing provided an additional platform for strengthening advocacy for the pooling of African capacities to respond to multi-faceted crises, one of the creeds of the international conference on the issue that EIFORCES organized in 2021./-
