EIFORCES-UNDP: A promising and long-lasting partnership

On 24 November 2025, His Excellency Mathieu CIOWEDA, the new Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), paid a fact-finding visit to the International School for Security Forces (EIFORCES) and expressed great interest in the activities carried out by the Schoool, particularly those in partnership with Japan.

The working session that followed allowed Brigadier General André Patrice BITOTE, Director General of EIFORCES, to present to his guest the impressive achievements of the partnership with UNDP in promoting human security.

Since 2010, this UN body has been acting as an interface between EIFORCES and Japan in the context of cooperation on training, research, infrastructure development and equipment. /-
